An edible varnish for use wherever a high gloss is required, or as a protective coating. Use on sugar, chocolate and marzipan.

Mix confectioners' glaze or glaze cleaner with Squires Kitchen's Metallic and Lustre dusts to create edible paint.

Perfect for fine detailed work such as creating gold or silver piping effects.
