  • Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, aka CMC, is a modified plant cellulose that's mainly used as a gum in flower paste recipes
  • It can also be used to create edible glue when mixed with boiling water.
  • Add to sugarpaste to create a harder, faster drying modelling paste
  • We suggest approx 1 teaspoon Tylo to 250g sugarpaste to begin with, kneading well and adding more Tylo as required
